Marianne is a qualified executive coach with a Diploma in Leadership Mentoring and Executive Coaching from The Institude of Leadership and Management. Originally an actor, she combines her coaching and communication skills to help professionals develop their Personal Brand and Executive Presence.
An experienced and highly skilled trainer, facilitator and coach. Marianne works internationally to enable clients to develop their personal impact and influence. She has worked with organisations such as Accenture, the BBC, Channel 4, KPMG, the NHS and The Foreign & Commonwealth Office. She has delivered training programmes and executive coaching for many law firms including Allen & Overy, Clifford Chance, DAC Beachcroft and Loyens & Loeff.
Marianne specialises in female leadership development and has a track record of working with senior and high potential female executives on how they can develop their personal brand to raise their impact and credibiliity.
Her personal impact coaching sessions, focus on enabling the client to access their authentic personal presence, encouraging them to develop a heightened physical awareness and vocal confidence. By drawing on her experience as an actor, she encourages her clients to communicate with confidence and credibility, using a wide range of voice and body language skills.
