PRESENTATION SKILLS
Broken Crutch? People come to hear you talk, not see you as a well paid slide show operator. Be aware that audiences tend to think in images not words, read the slide instead of listening to you and believe that if your slides are swept up, so are you (could you carry on if the computer broke?)
Techniques to consider:
- Use images/photos/graphs to highlight your rhetoric
- Switch to a blank slide when you want the focus on you
