Use Twitter to initiate or contribute to conversations and to pass on topics of interest. Use LinkedIn to build your network and connect with likeminded people. In both cases, avoid selling, and don’t collect contacts or followers and do nothing about them. Use both as networking tools to help you build relationships and as a means to get your business known as a serious player in your sector.
